You will step away from your every day stresses, feeling lighter, clearer and much more relaxed.

CLASSES TO SUIT ALL LEVELS

Our classes are for all levels of practice, offering modifications to suit the beginner to the more seasoned Yogi. We find that most students that are new to yoga prefer to start with our Beginner Fundamentals|The Basics, Soul Flow and Yin | Restore, which are all slower paced than our more dynamic Vinyasa Flow & Grow classes.

BEGINNER SERIES

For absolute beginners or those who would like to work on fundamental basics of Yogasana we offer a 8 week Beginners Course.

Our 8 week Beginners Yoga Course is a great foundation, aimed at all ages, levels of flexibility & abilities. Throughout the weeks you will learn the basic fundamentals of yoga postures including technical alignment, benefits of the poses, breathing, basic yoga philosophy and its applications to daily life. Every week there is a new focus in which the class is themed around, from Sun Salutes to supported Inversion preparation.

  • TOP TIPS

    • Introduce yourself to your teacher before your first class. They’re fully trained and passionate about helping you get the most from your practice. You can always chat to your teacher before or after class.

    • Ask questions. Being new to Yoga can be daunting, but we’ve all been there.

    • Take care of yourself: rest whenever you need and always listen to your body, as somedays we feel heavy and some light.

    • Listening to cues from your teacher: helps keep your practice safe and powerful, not to mention even more fun.

    • Check out our detailed list of CLASSES. We have different styles to suit everyone.

    • In order to save you time on your first visit, please feel free to complete your registration prior to your first class, or you are always welcome on the day.

    • It is important to complete a REGISTRATION FORM in order for us to gain an understanding of your current health, medical history or past injuries. This is strictly confidential.
