Your 'go-to' daily dose of power inspired flow. This is the class to take when you want move, flow and sweat, be challenged physically and mentally and see a dramatic change in your body and mind. 

Our Vinyasa Flow classes are dynamic classes that synchronise movement and breath in a continuous flow of poses, beginning with Sun Salutations. They are energetic, creative and lots of fun! Vinyasa classes are suitable for all levels, with variations and modifications offered throughout the class to support beginner students.

You can expect to detoxify the body and increase muscle tone and flexibility, whilst having an experience of concentrating the mind cultivating self-awareness and stepping away from your every day stresses, feeling lighter and clearer. Peppered with philosophy from the classics to the modern, this is our open class.

Our Slow Flow classes are light and creative, but slower paced and gentler than our Power Vinyasa classes. Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The more gentle nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.

A slower pace but no less of a challenge!! You will be taught the foundations of a Vinyasa flow practice including physical alignment, core stability, breath work and how to bring your mind body breath into present moment awareness.

Slow down and nourish yourself! Restorative yoga is the use of props to support the body in positions of ease and comfort to facilitate relaxation and health. It is a practice of deliberate stillness and requires no muscular effort. In this class, we will settle into some supported floor poses (gentle twists, supported forward folds and back bends, slight/supported inversions, and different versions of Savasana) for intervals of about 5-20 minutes while releasing tension, gently breathing, and allowing gravity to draw us towards the steadiness of the earth underneath.

Restorative yoga poses manipulate our nervous system in such a way that reduces the influence of our activating systems (sympathetic) and increases the efforts of our quieting systems (parasympathetic) so that we may take rest. All of the organ systems in the body are benefited during deep relaxation, and a few of the measurable results of deep relaxation are the reduction of blood pressure, stress-hormone levels, serum triglycerides and blood sugar levels, the increase of the “good cholesterol” levels, as well as improvement in digestion, fertility, elimination, the reduction of muscle tension, insomnia, anxiety, and generalised fatigue. This style of yoga provides a time for BEING instead of DOING. This class is a practice of actively cultivating the attitude of letting go and will help teach you to learn how to deeply relax.

Express Vinyasa is a shortened 45 minute version of both our Vinyasa Slow and Power Flow, for those looking for a quick midday express practise. Learn to use your lunch hour to reset your mind and body for the busy afternoon ahead. So grab the work clan and recharge.  In this class, you will exercise every major muscle group in the body while connecting with your breath, body, and mind. Getting the blood flowing and increasing your oxygen level will leave you feeling more alert, and better able to handle your workload.

*Open to ALL-LEVELS (including first-timers).

This class offers modifications to decrease or increase the challenge.

Gentle Hatha is an intuitive group class that features personal modifications and emphasises integrating of mind, body, spirit and breath – all within a playful, safe and nurturing environment. Together we come into the breath and quiet the mind as we find steadiness in asana. All are encouraged to accept the beauty of their practice without needing to achieve anything other than coming into the present moment and truly experiencing it.   Meditation and pranayama are included in each session. Prompts for guided visualisation may be offered.

SALUTE TO THE SUN (Express) 45 min.



Sun Salutations known as "Surya Namaskar" in Sanskrit, originated as a prayerful way to give thanks for the sun and the light inside of us.  "You are saluting the outside sun for providing life to the planet, and your internal sun for providing consciousness".

This class is a powerful and energising morning ritual practise, dedicated to the "true" meaning of Surya and his famous "Sun Salutation" Surya Namaskar.  We guide you through and energising and brisk practise beginning with warming the spine, then we turn up the heat to a more dynamic flow with both traditional and creative "Sun Salutations".

This class offers a perfect start to the day!

Sunday Vinyasa Soul Flow - Is an uplifting Yoga for your body, mind, and SOUL., let the Spirit move you in this inspirational class,  designed to connect you to yourself and everything around you. Each class we will build heat, sweat and open our hearts through a Vinyasa Slow Flow, while incorporating other expansive traditional elements including meditation, and powerful affirmations.

Yin Yang Lotus


Like yin and yang, a 50/50 combination of vigorous Vinyasa and restorative Yin yoga. Half the class will be energetic, while the other half will be relaxing, practiced primarily on the floor with longer held poses and the use of props and blankets.

The joined practice invites students to restore their energy, strengthen the body and immune system, nourish the fluids in the joints, encourage organ health, promote deeper sleep, and calm the mind. The yin and yang qualities of this class will help students find a healthy balance in their fast-paced, busy lives.

*All levels and ages welcome, perfect for beginners.




Pilates/ Barre is a fusion of Pilates, Yoga and Ballet techniques- accessible for ALL levels. If you are looking for a fun new workout, say hello to Barre! With a touch of cardio, barre work and mat work, this fusion class will quickly improve posture, balance, strength, flexibility, alignment and tone muscles that you didn't even know existed. Pilates and Barre is perfect for lengthening and elongating our muscles, and provides fast results.


This is a general level class- modifications will be given for beginners.


Pre and Post- Natal welcome!
