By choosing to use the online yoga classes, you agree to the following:

 

  • We provide a nurturing and safe practice with general guidelines for the practice. It is essential that you retain full responsibility for your own physical and general well-being in applying instructions in this guided program to your own circumstances.

  •  Consult your doctor if you have any preexisting medical conditions and check if this practice is suitable for you.

  • Yoga is an individual experience. You will progress at your own pace, and if you experience any pain or discomfort, you will listen to your body, adjust the posture, and/or stop and rest when needed.

  • You understand there is an inherent risk associated with any exercise program including your voluntary participation in online Yoga activities. You understand and are aware that the components of yoga are potentially cause injury.

  • You understand Soul Flame Yoga is not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition. 

  • Yogasana is very unique to each individual, your online teachings are set as a guide only, please do take care.

  • If at any time during the class, you feel discomfort or strain, gently come out of the posture. You may rest at any time during the class. It is important in yoga that you listen to your body, and respect its limits on any given day.

  • I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.

  • If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity. I will continue to breathe smoothly. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation. I understand that Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions.
