We are excited to announce our new monthly Sound Bath Healing Meditation (First Saturday of each Month starting this February).

 

You’re invited to Peta’s unique evening sound bath of meditation music – a sound healing journey of peace and transformation!

Includes soothing tones, notes, vibrations and healing frequencies of beautiful and abundant high quality singing bowls PLUS gongs, chimes and native flute.

Binaural beats entrain your brainwaves down to deep relaxation states and powerful soundwaves will permeate your whole body and mind, dissolving tension, blockages and stress. All matter has electrical frequency, including human beings, and our busy, stressful lifelstyles can knock our vibrations off course. Sound healing instruments restore and recalibrate our frequencies and vibrations.

Breathing is something we do on a daily basis. The body, in a living state, breathes involuntarily whether we are awake, sleeping, or actively exercising. Breathing is living. It is a vital function of life. 

Every cell in our bodies needs oxygen to function properly. So it’s no surprise that research shows that a regular practice of controlled breathing can decrease the effects of stress on the body and increase overall physical and mental health.

With over 30 years experience as a practitioner and teacher, we are honoured and privileged to invite our very own teacher David Di Florio to share his wealth of knowledge and experience with offering a 3 hrs workshop on Pranayama.  Davide will be accompanied by Sanjay Rakesh, another seasoned Yogi of over 30 years experience in the practise and art of Pranayama.  Its not often we have the opportunity to invite such an experienced practitioner to demonstrate these techniques and guide us throughout the workshop.

We are over the moon to invite you to an amazing event hosted by "Soul Motion System's" incredible talents Jo and Brendan Leonidas.

We invite you to experience 3 hrs of absolute bliss xx

Activities will include: a group intention and philosophy, personal intention setting, pranayama, a gentle yoga practice, partner yoga, mantra, and meditation. Including a LIVE DJ set exploring various forms of downtempo music! You will also have a chance to connect with each other over some chai and vegan treats from 9pm.
