At Soul Flame Yoga our intention is to spread the grace of yoga as a journey of mind, body and soul connection. We share with you a peaceful, calming and relaxing space where you can take a deep breath, revitalise the Mind, Body and Soul. We invite you to experience not only the physical benefits of your practice, however explore the true essence of Yoga in its entirety.

Our hope is to create a safe haven amongst the hustle and bustle of your everyday life, where YOU matter. Community, Connection and Belonging is important, especially in the times we face.

We are truly grateful our Soul Tribe Family has grown and expanded over the years. Yoga has a beautiful way of finding us us when we most need it it our lives, and our lives crossing paths is no mistake. From our humble beginnings in Victoria, (Beaconsfield and Officer) to now Tamborine Mountain Queensland, where you find the most picturesque rainforest, waterfalls and abundance of nature. You are always welcome to our Shala!

Our Location

Our intention was to create your home away from home. We share with you one of the most perfect and picturesque locations of Chatsworth within the Gympie Region. Situated high on the hills, we are truly blessed to capture some of the most spectacular views of the countryside, far and wide. We are surrounded by an abundance of untouched nature where breathtaking sunsets and magnificent wildlife are only a few treasures you will discover.

Hello Dearest Yogi’s & Yogini’s,

I’m Dani, the Owner & Founder of Soul Flame Yoga since 2017.

I just wanted to briefly introduce myself and share with you a little about how we made our way to where we are today.

We relocated from Victoria to Chatsworth, Queensland early 2021, after having to close my beloved Yoga Studio in Melbourne. This was by far one of the hardest decisions and times of my life personally, after loosing my father, our studio and then having to farewell my beautiful Soul Tribe became more like family. The devastating loss of the studio, was due to the many unforeseen restrictions placed on small businesses during a time of uncertainty.

This was a choice out of my control and I understood after some time that the universe always has a plan, even if I couldn’t see that far ahead yet. This is what the path of Yoga teaches us, and I, like you am still a student of YOGA. Yoga is a journey and path of growth and learning each and everyday, I feel this is where YOGA has led me, my new life, community and experiences. I’ am so grateful for this experience and hope I’m lucky enough to guide you.

Myself and family made the conscious effort to let go of fear and insecurities and put a plan in place to move forward. This decision was not only for a brighter future ahead for ourselves, however for the selfless service we wish to give back to the community who have suffered immensely throughout this time.

We are blessed to have found our own little paradise, now living on 5 acres amongst nature in the most beautiful region of Chatsworth/Gympie in Queensland. We began a labour of love renovating the most picture perfect Barn that we now call our Shala. We are truly blessed to be sitting on the hilltops amongst the beauty of nature, capturing the most spectacular views of the country side, far and wide.

We like to share the Traditional essence of Yoga.

Yoga helps us stay committed and dedicated to our personal growth, and the practice is a reminder of how powerful we are when we are united within ourselves.

Every day, more people are practicing Yoga and reaping the benefits of more energy, less stress, flexibility, strength and a greater sense of calm and clarity. While we use exercises to achieve this higher state of wellness, the practice of Yoga goes far beyond the physical postures.  Yoga simply translates "to unite," or “joining”  and it is a collection of practices over 5000 years old. When most people think of Yoga they think of the physical movements and positions. But all of the poses, called asanas, were designed to help Yogis stretch their body and deepen their breathing so that they could sit longer in meditation. That is why asana translates to mean "comfortable seat." 

Yoga helps us unite our physical efforts with a mental intention so that we can access a deeper mind-body connection more often throughout our daily life.  Yoga teaches us to navigate our lives with a greater sense of peace and purpose. The exercises are not the destination, but they help us stay on track - moving toward the life that we want to create for ourselves.

When you come to a Yoga class, remember that it is only one step on your path, just one day in your life. It doesn’t matter who you are; once you discover how powerful connecting with the breath can be, you will be so happy you decided to try Yoga!
