The practice of YOGA is for everyone and adaptable to every shape, size, gender, and age group. Remember “Yoga is never about touching your toes”. It’s what you learn on the way down that makes all the difference on your journey.

Our classes are peppered with philosophy from the classics to the modern.  You can expect to detoxify the body, increase muscle tone and flexibility, whilst having an experience of concentrating the mind and cultivating self-awareness. You will step away from your every day stresses, feeling lighter, clearer and much more relaxed.

Salute to the SUN

This class is a powerful and energising morning ritual practise, dedicated to the "true" meaning of Surya and his famous "Sun Salutation" Surya Namaskar.  We guide you through and energising and brisk practise beginning with warming the spine, then we turn up the heat to a more dynamic flow with both traditional and creative "Sun Salutations".

This class offers a perfect start to the day!

Soul Flow (Slow Flow)

The pace may be slower, but don't let that fool you. Poses can be refined and strengthened, without feeling rushed into the next move, next breath, or next pose. Slow Flow allows you to become familiar with your body, create a reflective pause, and create the time to go inward all whilst building strength.

Postures are generally held for longer periods, and the transitions between poses are a little slower. The slower nature of this class is great for beginners, but is also wonderful for intermediate and advanced students who feel like slowing it down and sinking deeper into their practice.

A slower pace but no less of a challenge!!

Vinyasa Grow & Flow

Your 'go-to' daily dose of power inspired flow. This is the class to take when you want move, flow and sweat, be challenged physically and mentally and see a dramatic change in your body and mind. 

Our Vinyasa Flow classes are dynamic classes that synchronise movement and breath in a continuous flow of poses, beginning with Sun Salutations. They are energetic, creative and lots of fun!

Yin/Restore

Yin Yoga is a Quiet Practice.

We have combined both a “Restorative” and “Yin” practise, created to slow down and nourish the entire Mind, Body and Soul.

This nourishing practice uses supported postures to facilitate deep release. A compliment to our active classes, this class will challenge you in a completely different way. Suitable for all levels and is especially beneficial for improving flexibility, tranquility and symmetry.

Fundamentals | The Basics

This yoga practice is perfect for beginners but also nice for those looking for a slow and mindful back to basics class. Use this class to connect or reconnect to action and alignment.

This is an intuitive group class that features personal modifications and emphasises integrating the mind, body, spirit and breath – all within a playful, safe and nurturing environment.

Together we come into the breath and quiet the mind as we find steadiness in asana. All are encouraged to accept the beauty of their practice without needing to achieve anything other than coming into the present moment and truly experiencing it.

Meditation & Yoga Nidra

For the mind, body and Soul

Meditation is the practice of deeply focusing your mind. It promotes relaxation, mindfulness, and a better sense of inner peace.

People live according to what they have in their minds. Simply said, the mind, body, spirit connection refers the way in which our wellbeing is affected by our mental, emotional and spiritual health. Meditation is awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. You’re not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. You’re learning to observe them without judgment. And eventually, you may start to better understand them as well.

It takes time to get comfortable with your mind. There might be setbacks along the way, but that’s part of meditating. Keep Practising, you’re doing great just by showing up.

Beginner SERIES

Looking to learn the basic fundamentals of Yoga? Deepen your understanding of the foundational principles of yoga.

This 8 week course is a great foundation, aimed at all ages, levels of flexibility & abilities.

 

Throughout the weeks you will learn the basic fundamentals of yoga postures including technical alignment, benefits of the poses, breathing, basic yoga philosophy and its applications to daily life. Its fun and will allow you to connect with people just like you, every week there is a new focus.
